Do you have a ring sizing chart?
Yes! Please click here to download, you will need adobe reader to open it. Once downloaded please print off and follow the instructions, please make sure you use a simple band ring to measure ie a ring that will lie flat on a surface.
Gift wrapping & extras
Can you gift wrap my items for me?
Yes! FREE Gift Wrapping is offered as an option for all items, simply select the option when adding a item to your basket. Around Christmas and Valentine's we also offer themed gift wrap with an extra treat at no additional cost!
What happens if my item is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock we will back order it for you and we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you wish.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! All UK orders can be delivered FREE of Charge. This service aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days. This also includes proof of delivery and signature from recipient.
Do you offer express delivery?
Express delivery is FREE for all orders over £50.00 otherwise it can be provided for an extra charge of £6.50. It takes 1 - 2 days, please place orders before 12 noon for next day delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our international shipping rate £10.00 and FREE for all orders over £100.00.
Can I return my item for a refund?
Yes! If you are unhappy with your item for any reason (wrong size etc) we are able to offer you a full refund provided the item is returned to us within 14 days provided it is returned in it's original condition .
Do you extend your refunds policy at Christmas?
Yes all orders placed between 1st - 22nd December qualify for a full refund until the 21st of January of the year after the order was placed.
Can I return an item for an exchange?
Yes we can offer to exchange an item provided the item is returned to us within 30 days provided it is returned in it's original condition.
