All diamonds in the Diamond Room also conform to the Kimberley Process, guaranteeing they are only sourced from conflict-free zones.

Delivery
Our no rush delivery rate is £3.50 and FREE for all other orders over £30 (2-3 days), our express delivery rate is £5.00 and FREE for all orders over £70 (1-2 days) and our Saturday guaranteed delivery rate is £9.00 (please order by 3pm Friday).
Our EU shipping rate £10.00 and FREE for all orders over £120.00.
Our international shipping rate £15.00 and FREE for all orders over £150.00.
Returns
we are able to offer you a full refund provided the item is returned to us within 14 days provided it is returned in it's original condition. We can offer to exchange an item provided the item is returned to us within 30 days provided it is returned in it's original condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned earrings for hygiene reasons or items which have been engraved.
