Patricia Gibson would have celebrated her 72nd Birthday today. We cannot help but remember the brilliant woman behind Silver Tree Jewellery today.
Since we began trading in Lancaster over 20 years ago, Silver Tree Jewellery has established a reputation for selling beautifully opulent jewellery from our attractive city centre store. Patricia Gibson, who was joined by her son, Oliver Gibson in 2005, together worked to establish a top quality fashion jewellers, incorporating many brands and offering excellent customer service.
In 2012 Hannah Riding became a co-director and manages our highly trained team of web developers, to create an elegant and easy to navigate online store offering a special selection of branded jewellery. Although more people are choosing to shop online, there is still no better experience than visiting our store to see all the latest ranges of sparkling jewels and watches. The sales floor is managed by Laura Casson, where she leads an excellent team of customer advisors who are attentive, but never pushy; enabling customers to try things on in a relaxed atmosphere.
Patricia Gibson sadly passed away on 3 September 2013 and she will be greatly missed by all of us. She had such a great influence on the shop environment, Oliver's business sense and the business structure. Managing Director, Oliver, and the team continue to work to further develop the shop, which is already established as an Official Partner with Thomas Sabo, including the latest Karma Beads. Other favourites with discerning jewellery aficionados are the unparalleled Links Of London, Michael Kors, Swarovski, Vivienne Westwood, Emporio Armani, Hot Diamonds, DKNY, Karen Millen, Nomination, ChloBo and Clogau Gold, to name but a few.
