Terms and Conditions of Entry
The following specific Terms and Conditions shall apply to the promotion known as Silver Tree Jewellery and The Bay’s Diamond In Ice Competition, and should be read in conjunction with any general terms and conditions published for contests/competitions from time to time.
The specific terms and conditions for this promotion are :
* Registrations for this competition open on Monday 4th April 2016 and close at 5pm on Thursday 21st April 2016.
*The ice sculpture will be in place at Silver Tree Jewellery, 67 Penny Street, Lancaster on Friday 22nd April 2016.
* Listeners will be encouraged to enter via email form onwww.thebay.co.uk or instore at Silver Tree Jewellery, Penny Street Lancaster LA1 1XF.
* Listeners have to guess the time it takes for the platinum and diamond ring worth £1800 to drop from the ice sculpture into the tray below.
* There is only one entry permitted per person via one method of entry and entrants must be over 18 years of age.
* No alternative prizes will be offered.
* The closest guess to the time it takes for the platinum and diamond ring to drop from the ice sculpture into the tray below will be deemed the winner, in the event of duplicate guesses, all duplicate guesses will be entered into an independent draw. The winner will be announced on air on The Bay.
* The prize will be provided by the following company and is not the responsibility of The Bay Radio:

- No other prize will be offered. The prize must be claimed within 6 months from Friday 22nd April 2016
*A photograph will be taken when the timing clock is being set and again when the diamond drops out of the ice sculpture to record the time.
*We will endeavor to maintain a constant room temperature throughout the competition.
* Participant information will be shared with Silver Tree Jewellery.
* Winners MUST be resident in The Bay’s broadcast area, namely North Lancashire, South Cumbria or the Furness Peninsula.
* No correspondence will be entered into.
Any employee of The Bay Radio Limited or any sponsor, their immediate family or any other person who is directly connected with the promotion are ineligible to participate.
