Sales Manager [Full-Time Position – 30-40 hours]
We are looking for a proactive, organised and driven candidate to join our Management Team.
Silver Tree Jewellery, established in 1982, is a small family-run business. The store in Lancaster is the most exclusive one stop shop for jewellery aficionados. Two recent accolades have been awarded; Branded Jewellery Retailer of the Year and the Top 100 Independent Jeweller’s in the country.
You will be part of a small, close-knit team where everyone’s ideas are heard to achieve our renowned, and award-winning, customer focused shopping experience.
Sales Manager, The Role
We are a small family-run team of five who are seeking an experienced and pro-active Sales Manager. You will be expected to provide our award-winning customer service alongside meeting targets. This is a full time role working up to 40 hours per week with a competitive salary and bonus potential.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly targets to ensure the growth of the business. You will be responsible for leading and coaching any additional Customer Advisors and be a key driving force, maximising on opportunities within the store environment.
You will be trained thoroughly on product and designer knowledge along with the Silver Tree way of selling. You will be fully supported by the Store and Assistant Manager. You must be able to demonstrate that you work well within a team as you will be working directly alongside the Management Team and Directors.
