Returns

we are able to offer you a full refund provided the item is returned to us within 14 days provided it is returned in it's original condition. We can offer to exchange an item provided the item is returned to us within 30 days provided it is returned in it's original condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned earrings for hygiene reasons or items which have been engraved.
