Shopping with Silver Tree Jewellery couldn't be easier, simply browse our range online and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping basket. Once you are happy with your order please click on 'checkout' where you will be asked to confirm your order and enter a few details.

Jewellery Sizing

  • Do you have a ring sizing chart?

    Yes! Please click here to download, you will need adobe reader to open it. Once downloaded please print off and follow the instructions, please make sure you use a simple band ring to measure ie a ring that will lie flat on a surface.

Gift wrapping & extras

  • Can you gift wrap my items for me?

    Yes! FREE Gift Wrapping is offered as an option for all items, simply select the option when adding a item to your basket. Around Christmas and Valentine's we also offer themed gift wrap with an extra treat at no additional cost!

Back Orders

  • What happens if my item is out of stock?

    If your item is out of stock we will back order it for you and we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you wish.

Delivery

  • What's your standard delivery charge?

    Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over £50.00, a charge of £2.50 is added for orders under £50. This service aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days. This also includes proof of delivery and signature from recipient.

  • Do you offer express delivery?

    Express delivery is FREE for all orders over £75.00 otherwise it can be provided for a charge of £3.50. It takes 1 - 2 days,  please place orders before 3pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on a Saturday for next day delivery.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! Our international shipping rate £10.00 and FREE for all orders over £100.00.

Returns

  • Can I return my item for a refund?

    Yes! If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason (wrong size etc) we are able to offer you a full refund provided the item is returned to us within 14 days provided it is returned in it's original condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned earrings for hygiene reasons or items which have been engraved. Please see details of in store returns below.

    Please include your full name and order number. Please note: we do advise you obtain proof of postage and we recommend you send the item 'signed for' or 'special delivery'.

  • Do you extend your refunds policy at Christmas?

    Yes all orders placed online between 1st - 22nd December qualify for a full refund until the 21st of January of the year after the order was placed. was placed. Please note excludes items which have been engraved.

  • Can I return an item for an exchange?

    Yes we can offer to exchange an item bought online provided the item is returned to us within 30 days provided it is returned in it's original condition. Please note excludes items which have been engraved.

  • Can I return an item which I have had engraved?

    All items which are engraved are excluded from our exchange, return and cancellation policy as these pieces are custom made. We cannot exchange or cancel your order once your order has been placed.
